The CFBI Academy offers Courses, Sessions, and Tools to help each agent reach their individual goals for success.

We train you to be successful from day one, by providing you the knowledge and tools required for you to learn and excel in your position.

Our Online Training Platform allows for both new and veteran agents to continue and update their education and knowledge in the industry. The Online Platform's primary goal is to help our agents keep up to date with the ever changing demands of the insurance industry.





NEW AGENTS
New agents will experience in-house training taught by an experienced instructor. Here they will learn tools and techniques designed to help them be successful from day one. Building a strong foundation in education is the only way to help serve our customers and help our agents become successful in their future.

New agents are first introduced to a series of online courses, designed to help familiarize them to CFBI's products, the current market, and CFBI's philosophy for insurance. These courses were created to maximize productivity and minimize down time in the classroom. The sessions reinforce and expand upon the basics, allowing each agent/employee to apply what they learned right away.

Formal learning is blended into hands-on activities to get the agent involved, which aids retention. Classrooms are limited to a small group to reinforce the information learned by allowing for a more ideal student to instructor ratio. This allows each new agent the opportunity to work very closely with the instructor.
