Selection Process
Domino ExhibitThe first step in becoming a candidate for Farm Bureau Insurance is as simple as picking up the phone. Call our recruiting hotline at
303-749-7899. You will need your Name,
Phone Number and Location you are interested in. Once we have that you will be contacted by one of our District Sales Managers to start the interviewing process.

The interviewing process starts with a personal meeting with the District Sales Manager in your area. We’ll send you a complete copy of our application for you to bring to your interview for the background check.

If it's determined this is a good opportunity for both Farm Bureau Insurance and yourself, we'll ask you to complete an aptitude and characteristics evaluation to assist us in determining your abilities to become a successful Farm Bureau Agent.

The next step is to obtain your Insurance licenses. We work and receive discounts through www.adbanker.com.

Once your Property/Casualty & Life/Health licenses are obtained, you are over half way there to starting your Career.

Your District Sales Manager will then complete Contracting and schedule you to begin our agent training program where you will develop product knowledge and sales skills to promote your professional growth and success.
