CFBI offers a comprehensive selection of benefits superior to those offered by many other companies. This is just one more way we demonstrate our commitment to our employees.

Medical & Dental
CFBI offers a two-tiered medical plan along with an 'Opt-Out' FSA health credit to employees with health coverage through another plan along with plush dental coverage for employees and dependents.

Vision
CFBI offers a comprehensive, low-cost vision coverage, which is available to employees and dependents at a reasonable premium.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
CFBI offers a health as well as dependent care FSA to help employees reduce their taxable income while saving for certain health care adn dependent care expenses.

Life Insurance
CFBI offers company paid basic life at 2x employees annual salary ($150,000 cap) along with coverage for employee's dependents.

Supplemental Life

Employees can purchase additional life insurance up to 5x their annual salary ($500,000 cap) along with cost effective supplemental plans for spouses and child dependents.

Long Term Disability Insurance
CFBI provides a fully funded LTD plan to Full-Time employees.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

CFBI employees are immediately eligible for enrollment in the CFBI 401(k) plan. CFBI matches employee's contributions up to 5% of eligible earnings.

Educational Assistance
With a long-standing history of encouraging professional development, CFBI fully funds AICPCPU insurance education for its employees. Additional educational assistance is available to those employees looking to enhance their career specific professional development through local or online colleges and universities.

CFBI Holidays
CFBI celebrates 9 paid holidays each year — PLUS Full-Time employees enjoy an extra day off in honor of their birthday each year!

Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO days are available as vacation, sick, personal days or to care for sick family members. Employees accrue between 12 and 25 days of PTO each year based on length of service.

Extended Illness Bank (EIB)
EIB is CFBI's Short-Term Disability plan intended for qualifying illnesses spanning more than three consecutive work days. Employees accrue 4 hours of EIB each month with a cap spanning the length of time between inception of illness to qualifying Long-Term Disability period.

Employee Incentive Program
CFBI offers its employees an annual Incentive Program based on meeting company goals for profitability and growth.

RTD Annual Pass
With RTD Light Rail just one-block from CFBI's Home Office; employees enjoy free RTD Eco-Passes to make their commutes as care-free and safe as possible.

Employee Referral Program
CFBI offers cash incentives for referring a new employee. Additional cash incentives are offered once the referred employee reaches their one year anniversary.

NOTE:  Eligibility for benefits is based on Employement Status (Full-Time, Part-Time, CFBI or CFB employment). Agents are Independent Contractors and not CFBI employees and are therefore not eligible for CFBI benefit programs.
