Examples of products we provide include motor vehicle, property, accident, health, and crop insurance. The Board of Directors of Colorado Farm Bureau maintains proxy control of Colorado Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Co. Colorado Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Co. owns Farm Bureau Insurance Agency of Colorado, Inc., which provides our captive insurance distribution channel outlets for health, crop, automobile and workers compensation insurance.

There are two types of information sharing. If you do not want your nonpublic personal financial information shared within or outside of the family of companies of Colorado Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Co. you must complete the form below and mail to us at the address indicated. By following this procedure your information will not be shared within or outside of Colorado Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Co. except as permitted or required by law. If there are two or more joint owners of the insurance policy, we may send only one notice to the joint owners. Any one of the joint owners may exercise the right to opt out and we will treat an opt out direction by a joint owner as applying to all of the associated joint owners.
Colorado Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Co. feels strongly about maintaining safeguards to ensure information security. We may share your financial information with the following types of third parties:
